ABOUT QUAN ZE
Quan Ze is a mini household plant based in Penang, Malaysia. Our business encompasses taking raw materials or parts and then producing accessories such as bracelets, anklets and necklaces.
Our mission is to provide genuine and high quality jewellery from Malaysia at the most affordable prices to customers locally and worldwide.
Quan Ze began small gold accessories-based plant in the 1960's. Quan Ze prospered into a well-known supplier amongst local jewellery stores over time. However, due to numerous unfortunate events, Quan Ze almost ran into bankruptcy.
However, Quan Ze was rebuilt with a smaller modal; silver, and once again is prospering gradually. Now, as Quan Ze is growing, we have decided to bring our business online to further expose our products to a wider audience.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
- All of our products are 925 Sterling Silver.
- Our prices are determined based on quantity.
- Our products include silver bracelets, anklets, necklaces, earrings, rings, and customized plates.
- Our products sold are unworn for health purposes.
HOW TO ORDER?
As of 15 July 2010, purchases can be made through email. Buyers are required to fill in the following details in the email with the title "Quan Ze purchase":
Name
Address
Item codes & Quantity
We will then quote the price and payment method/details as a reply to your email. Once the payment has been made, we will send you another email to confirm your payment and items purchased.
Payments can be made through two methods:
- Maybank fund transfer (recommended for local buyers)
- Paypal (local & international)
ABOUT OUR SHIPPING PROCEDURES
All of our products are packaged in bubble-wrap and posted in envelopes (for small quantities) or parcels (for large quantities) using Pos Laju courier service.
For local buyers, we ensure that products purchased arrive within 3 days after payment is made.
For international buyers, our products are tracked. All products are expected to arrive within 10 days after postage.
All products posted are not returnable or refundable. We ensure that all of our products are checked for quality and are in perfect condition prior to packaging and posting.
ABOUT OUR PROMOTIONS
Our business caters to retailers who wish to purchase at wholesale prices. For any purchase in a single receipt that contains a total quantity of 500 items or more, we offer an attractive discount rate. Please email us for further inquiry.
For regular customers, we also provide an alternative to enjoying discounts. If you refer a friend for the first time who purchases from us, we offer a 10% discount off your next purchase in a single receipt. Please email us for further inquiry.
